As Director of the Ground Investigation department, Ben brings over 27 years of cross-disciplinary expertise to the Central Alliance team. Since joining in 2016, he has leveraged a career’s worth of site, technical and project management insight, possessing a deep-rooted understanding of project delivery in challenging environments; having risen through the ranks from Assistant Engineer to Director.

Ben’s extensive portfolio spans the UK and Ireland, covering diverse environments from greenfield sites to high-stakes nuclear, rail, and highway infrastructure. A natural leader and mentor, he is a key driver of our company’s growth, focused on building lasting client relationships and implementing robust internal policies. Ben is dedicated to driving business development through strong client partnerships and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, safety-first solutions.

Ben is married to an amazing wife (she might read this…) and is a father to two sons. He has numerous interests, with sport at the forefront, whether taking part or spectating, specifically watching/supporting his sons playing football, swimming, cricket or rugby. He loves food, travel and the outdoors, with a family camping trip cooking on an open fire being the perfect trip away (with the latest sports updates on in the background).
